Audio Visual Install West Yorkshire

Audio Visual Install West Yorkshire – We have just completed an Audio Visual Installation in two meeting rooms at some offices just outside of Leeds in West Yorkshire with an Epson 6200 lumens WUXGA high definition laser projector in the large meeting room and a Epson 5200 Lumens WUXGA resolution laser projector in the smaller meeting room along with an Apart Audio ceiling speaker installation.

For a simplified video conferencing system we have installed a Owl4+ video conferencing Camera that gives them a 360 degree view of the room from a 4K resolution camera.

In the larger meeting room we have installed an Epson 6200 lumens WUXGA high definition laser projector mounted from the ceiling which is projecting onto an Sapphire tab tensioned 100″ diagonal 16:9 widescreen motorised screen which is fitted to the ceiling grid.

For the sound system installation we have installed four Apart Audio ceiling speakers mounted in the ceiling tiles which are connected to a small stereo amplifier which is hidden above the ceiling near the projector.

For the HDMI and VGA laptop connections we have installed Kramer VGA and HDMI over CAT 6 senders and receivers which involved installing CAT6 cabling from their floor box to the projector position so that they can easily share information from their laptop.

There was also a request for a hearing loop installation within this meeting room so we installed an Ampetronic hearing loop amplifier above the suspended ceiling and installed the hearing loop cable above the ceiling grid around the room which gives them coverage throughout their meeting room for the hard of hearing.

In the smaller meeting room next door we have installed a Epson 5200 Lumens WUXGA resolution laser projector from the ceiling projecting onto an Elite 84″ diagonal motorised projection screen along with a pair of Apart Audio ceiling speakers, Tibo Amplifier installed in the cupboard and Kramer VGA, HDMI over CAT5 senders and receivers so that they can connect any device and display content on the projector.
