Audio Visual Install York – We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive audio visual installation at Wheldrake Village Hall, located near York. This project significantly enhances the hall’s capabilities for a wide range of events, from presentations and film screenings to performances and community gatherings.

The installation centered around a high-quality audio system and a powerful projection solution, designed for ease of use and optimal performance.

Immersive Sound with Samson Speakers:

The main hall now boasts a rich and immersive sound experience, thanks to the installation of four 10-inch Samson speakers. Strategically positioned in each corner and mounted on robust Powerdrive wall brackets, these speakers deliver balanced and clear audio throughout the space.

A QSC stereo amplifier, housed in a secure wall-mounted rack cabinet in the storeroom, provides the necessary power for the speaker system.

Flexible and User-Friendly Audio Control:

The sound system setup incorporates a range of features designed for versatility and ease of operation. An Audio Technica handheld radio microphone system allows for clear and wireless vocal amplification. A Cloud Electronics single zone mixer provides intuitive control over audio levels, while an RSL6 wall control plate offers convenient access to essential functions.

This thoughtful design allows users to seamlessly switch between various audio sources, including iPods, projector audio, and a local line input, catering to diverse event requirements.

Bright and Clear Projection:

To complement the upgraded audio, we installed a BenQ projector with a impressive 4200 lumens output. Mounted securely on a Peerless ceiling mount bracket, the projector delivers bright and vibrant images onto a motorized 100-inch diagonal projection screen.

For added convenience, HDMI, VGA, and audio connections are readily available at the front of the hall. An LG Blu-ray DVD player, installed within the rack cabinet, provides a reliable source for high-definition video playback.

This new audio visual system provides Wheldrake Village Hall with the technology it needs to host a wider variety of events and deliver a superior experience for its users. We are confident that this installation will be a valuable asset to the community for years to come.

The bar area, conveniently located next to the main hall, now features enhanced audio capabilities. We have installed two black Apart Audio Mask 6 speakers above the bar, ensuring clear and balanced sound throughout the space. These speakers are powered by a compact stereo amplifier discreetly located behind the bar. Patrons can easily enjoy their preferred music via the integrated iPod connection plate, providing a seamless and personalized listening experience. We are confident that this upgrade will contribute to a more enjoyable and vibrant atmosphere in the bar area.
