Audio Visual Installation Wetherby
We recently completed another successful audio visual installation for a forward-thinking company located near Wetherby. This project encompassed a comprehensive upgrade to their main boardroom and showroom, as well as enhancements to their reception area, designed to improve communication, presentations, and the overall client experience.
The core of the upgrade focused on the main boardroom and showroom. To facilitate impactful presentations, we installed a powerful Benq 5000 lumens full HD projector. This projector, securely mounted on a Btech projector mount bracket, casts a bright and clear image onto the main boardroom wall. Complementing the large projection screen, we also installed a 55″ LG TV screen on a wall arm bracket in the rear showroom area. This serves as a repeater screen, ensuring everyone in the room can clearly see the presentation, regardless of their seating position.
Connectivity and ease of use were paramount in this installation. To accommodate various presentation sources, we implemented a robust solution using Kramer HDMI and VGA over CAT6 senders and receivers. This allows users to connect laptops directly from a floorbox or utilize the PC housed within the JM Supplies equipment cabinet, conveniently located in the corner of the room. This flexibility ensures seamless transitions between different presenters and content sources.
This audio-visual installation near Wetherby highlights our commitment to providing tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. From impactful presentations to engaging reception displays, we strive to enhance communication and create a more professional and efficient environment.

The reception area also received a significant upgrade. We installed a 49″ LG commercial TV screen on a flat wall mount bracket. This screen serves as a dynamic display for company information, providing visitors with engaging and informative content upon arrival. This reception area TV is connected to a dedicated computer in the comms room upstairs via a Kramer VGA over CAT6 transmitter and receiver, ensuring reliable and high-quality signal transmission.
