AV Installation Driffield
Audio Visual Installation Driffield – another AV Installation project completed this time in Kilham Village Hall near Driffield with the install of an Optimal Audio Sound System and high brightness Projection System including projector and motorised projection screen.
Definition Audio Visual was contracted to install an audio visual system within a large village hall in Kilham Village hall near Driffield so for the sound system installation we have installed four Optimal Audio Cuboid 8 speakers mounted on powerdrive wall mount brackets fitted to the wooden pillars down the main hall.
For the projector installation we have installed an NEC 8000 lumens WUXGA laser projector mounted on a PV mounts wall arm bracket at the far end of the hall which is projecting onto a Sapphire 3 metre motorised projection screen using a long throw projection lens, along with a HD anywhere HDMI over CAT6 sender and receiver kit due to the long distance.
Within the wall mounted equipment cabinet we have installed a Behringer 12 channel rack mount mixer, Crown stereo amplifier, Denon media player with bluetooth, Sennheiser Lapel Radio Mic System, Sennheiser Handheld radio mic system, Ampetronic hearing loop amplifier, Rubix 22 USB mixer and their existing CCTV system.
There was also a request for a cost effective video conferencing camera so we installed a Huddly IQ on a wall bracket facing into the hall so they could use it for online meetings with audio from the Rubix USB mixer.

Within the small meeting room adjoining the main hall we have also installed a hearing loop system consisting of a wall mounted Ampetronic CLS2 hearing loop amplifier with the perimeter loop cable installed at high level around the room along with an Audio Technica shotgun microphone to pick up the audio within the room.
