AV Installation Lincolnshire

AV Installation Lincolnshire – We recently completed an AV installation project for the Salvation Army in Skegness. This upgrade involved installing a BenQ SU922 5000 lumens HD projector and a new LG 65″ TV screen, along with enhancements to their existing sound system.

The Salvation Army contacted us to upgrade their aging audio-visual equipment. We replaced their low-resolution projector with the new BenQ projector, which now projects onto their manual pull-down screen.

Inside the provided Swan flight case, we installed a Kramer HD scaler and a Kramer 1-in-2-out HDMI distribution unit. This setup connects to their existing 43″ LG screen, which serves as a preview monitor.

The new LG 65″ large-format TV screen was mounted on the main wall. To connect the Kramer scaler to the BenQ projector, we used a Kramer Digikat CAT6 cable that leads to a Kramer HDMI over CAT6 receiver installed on top of the new projector.

Sound System Enhancements

As part of the AV upgrade for the Salvation Army in Skegness, we also focused on enhancing the existing sound system to ensure it meets the needs of their community events and services. We carefully assessed the current audio setup and identified areas that could benefit from improvement.

The enhancements included the integration of new, high-quality speakers to ensure clear and even sound distribution throughout the venue. We also upgraded the audio mixer, providing better control over the sound levels and quality during various events. The updated sound system now complements the visual components, providing an immersive audio-visual experience for the congregation and visitors.

User Training and Support

After the installation was completed, we conducted a comprehensive training session with the Salvation Army team. The session covered how to operate the new projector setup, switch between different inputs, and make adjustments as needed. Additionally, we trained them on using the new sound system equipment to ensure they could maximize its potential during events.

We also provided detailed operational guides and offered ongoing support, reassuring the Salvation Army that assistance is always available should they encounter any issues or have queries regarding the new system.

Conclusion

The AV installation project for the Salvation Army in Skegness was a rewarding endeavor that significantly improved their ability
