AV Installation Completed at Stokesley Methodist Church

Stokesley Methodist Church in the North East has recently benefitted from a comprehensive AV installation upgrade courtesy of our expert installation team. The project focused on enhancing the church’s ability to deliver engaging services and events through modern audio and visual technology.

The visual component of the installation features two stunning Samsung 75″ Commercial Display Screens, strategically mounted on tilt wall brackets on either side of the stage. These large, high-resolution screens provide excellent visibility for the congregation, ensuring everyone can clearly see presentations, song lyrics, and other visual content. Additionally, a Samsung 50″ Commercial Screen was installed at the back of the church, serving as a convenient preview monitor for the vicar.

Complementing the visual upgrades is a brand new, high-quality RCF sound system installation. The system is anchored by an Allen & Heath 16 channel mixer, providing ample control and flexibility for sound engineers. The main body of the church is served by four aesthetically pleasing white RCF column speakers, chosen for their excellent sound dispersion and discreet design. An additional two white RCF column speakers were installed on the balcony to ensure consistent audio coverage throughout the space. We also installed a RCF column speaker facing the choir area which acts as a monitor speaker.

Within the equipment cabinet, we installed two Crown stereo amplifiers to power the RCF column speakers. A new Ampetronic Hearing loop amplifier was also integrated, connecting to the church’s existing hearing loop cable to ensure accessibility for all members of the congregation.

To manage and distribute video signals effectively, we incorporated a Kramer HDMI 4 in 1 out HDMI switcher and a Kramer 1 in 8 out HDMI distribution amplifier. Numerous HDMI over CAT6 senders and receivers were installed to transmit signals to the Samsung 75″ TV screens and a display we installed in the main hall.

For added flexibility, a Kramer active HDMI input plate was installed halfway down the church. This allows users to connect a laptop via HDMI over CAT6 screened cable, sending the signal to the Kramer HDMI receiver at the control point.

This AV installation at Stokesley Methodist Church represents a significant upgrade, providing the church with the tools to deliver engaging and impactful services for years to come.
