We recently completed a professional projector installation service for Hippo Digital in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Our team provided and installed a complete projection solution to enhance their meeting room capabilities.
The core of the projector installation features a bright and sharp Panasonic VZ580 5000 Lumens WUXGA projector. This powerful commercial projector was securely mounted using a robust Peerless projector mount bracket, ensuring stability and optimal positioning.
To complement the projector, we installed an Elite 110″ Diagonal Motorised projection screen in a 16:9 widescreen format. The screen was carefully mounted onto the existing wooden pelmet, providing a clean and integrated look.
Connectivity was a key consideration. We implemented high-quality Kramer HDMI cables, running to Vision Tech modular HDMI modules strategically placed at the front and back of the room. This setup allows for seamless laptop connections from anywhere within the meeting space.

For the new sound system, we’ve implemented a user-friendly configuration designed for seamless operation. At the heart of the system is a Toa 120-watt mixer amplifier, providing ample power and versatile control over the audio.
We’ve included both an Audio Technica handheld wireless radio microphone and an Audio Technica wireless lapel microphone system, offering flexibility for various presentation styles and speaker preferences. The wireless design ensures freedom of movement and eliminates cumbersome cables.
To deliver clear and balanced sound throughout the room, we’ve installed two Apart Audio Mask 6 speakers, finished in white for a discreet and aesthetically pleasing integration. These speakers are strategically mounted in the corners of the room to optimize sound dispersion and coverage. This complete system offers a powerful yet easy-to-manage audio solution for their needs.
